$2,000–$3,000 – For elevated, well-run celebrations with clear structure and flow.

  • Up to 25 guests — $40 per additional guest

  • Event planning + coordination (pre-event + day-of)

  • Core concept + vibe direction (theme & color palette)

  • An overview plan for guest flow

  • Vendor recommendations (caterer, beverage, rentals)

  • Basic décor styling (cocktail tables, bar design, candles/greenery)

  • Menu guidance and design

  • Timeline creation + management

  • Day-of coordination and setup oversight

Best for: Hosts who enjoy being involved, but don’t want to manage timelines, vendors, or logistics on the day of the event.

The Signature

$3,500–$5,000  – Design-forward social events with cohesive style and hands-on coordination.

  • Decor sourcing & setup (bar styling, table groupings, accent pieces)

The Best One

$6,000–$8,500+ Full-service, expertly hosted experience — you show up, we handle the rest.

  • Invitation design, guest list tracking, and communication with host(s)

  • Full vendor sourcing and management

  • Food & beverage coordination with the caterer & bar team

  • Comprehensive event styling & environment design
