The Essential
$2,000–$3,000 – For elevated, well-run celebrations with clear structure and flow.
Up to 25 guests — $40 per additional guest

Core concept + vibe direction (theme & color palette)
An overview plan for guest flow
Vendor recommendations (caterer, beverage, rentals)

The Signature
$3,500–$5,000 – Design-forward social events with cohesive style and hands-on coordination.
Up to 25 guests — $50 per additional guest
Everything in The Essential, plus:
Complete creative concept + mood board
Custom décor elements (linens, signage, florals)
Decor sourcing & setup (bar styling, table groupings, accent pieces)
Guest experience details (custom signage, curated music cues)
Vendor coordination (timelines, logistics)
On-site support during the event
Best for: Special birthdays, anniversary celebrations, or summer parties. For hosts who want to enjoy their own party while we handle styling, coordination, and guest experience.
The Best One
$6,000–$8,500+ — Full-service, expertly hosted experience — you show up, we handle the rest.
Up to 25 guests — $75 per additional guest
Everything in The Signature, plus:
Invitation design, guest list tracking, and communication with host(s)
Full vendor sourcing and management
Food & beverage coordination with the caterer & bar team
Comprehensive event styling & environment design
Complete setup + breakdown.
