Holiday Hosting — Host Options

The Essential

$3,000–$4,000 – A beautifully organized holiday gathering with structure and calm.

  • Up to 25 guests $50 per additional guest

Best for: People who want to host their close friends and family for a fun, festive holiday party without being stressed or stretched thin. Think of a warm, well-loved neighborhood spot you always love to go to around the holidays.

The Signature

$4,500–$6,500 – A fully styled, intentional holiday experience that feels warm and elevated.

  • Up to 40 guests — $75 per additional guest

Everything in The Essential, plus:

  • Custom holiday concept & design direction

  • Mood board + styling plan

  • Elevated seasonal décor (layered tablescapes, florals, lighting)

  • Décor sourcing & setup

  • Guest experience details (custom menus, place cards, small holiday moments)

  • Vendor coordination + logistics

  • On-site support throughout the event

Best for: For hosts who want a beautifully styled party that feels meaningful and memorable. Styled tables, thoughtful details, and a party that feels elevated without any of the day-of stress.

The Best One

$7,500–$10,000+  – A turnkey holiday hosting experience —from invitation design to cleanup, so clients and guests can fully enjoy the party.

  • Up to 60 guests — $100 per additional guest

Everything in The Signature, plus:

  • Invitation design, guest list tracking, and communication with host(s)

  • Full vendor sourcing + management

  • Food & beverage coordination (caterer, bar, desserts)

  • Full holiday styling & environment design

  • Complete setup + breakdown.

  • Extended on-site hosting support

  • Guest flow, timing & ambiance managed end-to-end.

  • Post-event wrap-up coordination

Best for: Hosts who want to truly enjoy their own holiday celebration without managing a single detail. This tier is for people who want to host graciously, be fully present, and let everything else be handled.
