Holiday Hosting — Host Options
The Essential
$3,000–$4,000 – A beautifully organized holiday gathering with structure and calm.
Up to 25 guests — $50 per additional guest

The Signature
$4,500–$6,500 – A fully styled, intentional holiday experience that feels warm and elevated.
Up to 40 guests — $75 per additional guest

Custom holiday concept & design direction
Mood board + styling plan
Elevated seasonal décor (layered tablescapes, florals, lighting)
Décor sourcing & setup

The Best One
$7,500–$10,000+ – A turnkey holiday hosting experience —from invitation design to cleanup, so clients and guests can fully enjoy the party.
Up to 60 guests — $100 per additional guest
Everything in The Signature, plus:
Invitation design, guest list tracking, and communication with host(s)
Full vendor sourcing + management
Food & beverage coordination (caterer, bar, desserts)
Full holiday styling & environment design
Complete setup + breakdown.
Extended on-site hosting support

Best for: Hosts who want to truly enjoy their own holiday celebration without managing a single detail. This tier is for people who want to host graciously, be fully present, and let everything else be handled.
